Principal Lecturer Institute of Education – Head of ITT Partnerships (Primary and Secondary)
The Institute of Education is seeking to appoint a principal lecturer with experience of leading in Initial Teacher Education. The post holder should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS UK) and will have had successful experience of teaching and leading in higher education. The post holder will need an excellent understanding and experience of Initial Teacher Education in the UK.

You will possess a good Honours Degree (UK, or IK equivalence) or equivalent experience, a Masters’ qualification or equivalent experience or be keen to work towards a postgraduate qualification. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to lead and manage a wide range of strategic partnerships across different settings across both primary and secondary education. You should demonstrate that you are an excellent communicator and have an exemplary track record within teaching. As a member of the IOE senior leadership team, you will be committed to enhancing the student experience and contributing to the performance and development of the wider Institute of Education.
