Commercial Manager - Estates and Facilities
Purpose of this role is to provide a professional service with respect to a range of contractual, legal, financial and administrative services, including the drafting, negotiation and preparation of a wide variety of contracts for services and consultancy arrangements.
You will work closely with the Finance, Procurement and Legal teams and commercial partners. You will need to provide a high level of service to support delivery of services in the Directorate, tracking finances against budgets, advise and support colleagues as necessary to negotiate contractual terms resolving issues and problems as they arise.
With the relevant experience of contract drafting and negotiation, you will have an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of the associated risks and legal issues. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible approach to work, being able to prioritise a demanding programme of work to meet set deadlines.
A detailed understanding of HE environment is preferable, with a high level of professionalism and keen analytical intelligence. Above all you will have a keen desire to meet targets and deadlines and to pursue excellence in all that you do and to look for continuous development.

Salary Band dependant on experience £52,559-£60,905 per annum.
