UK Recruitment Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the university’s UK Recruitment Team. The UK Recruitment Manager is a key role within our UK Recruitment and Partnerships Department.
You will be responsible for the UK Recruitment Team, delivering on key elements of the UK Recruitment Strategy. You will also be a lead contact for our faculties, managing the Recruitment Coordinators (who are each responsible for operational delivery of a faculty’s recruitment plan, but also lead on university-wide project areas).
The role will report directly to the Head of UK Recruitment and will be responsible for leadership and management of the UK Recruitment Team.
You will oversee UK recruitment initiatives for UG and PG provision, including coordinating large scale on/off campus and virtual events and strategically developing our recruitment work with schools and colleges, both on and off-campus, through an account management approach. You will also lead on student recruitment growth on a national scale. In a fast-paced, every changing sector, it is anticipated you will have a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment delivery at the University.
We are seeking to employ an individual with significant knowledge and experience of UK student recruitment within Higher Education.
You will have an understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle for both post-18 and “non-traditional learners” and experience of planning and delivering promotional activity to support recruitment
You will also have experience of budget management and managing or supervising staff and have the ability to lead and also work well as part of a team.
