Academic Support Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Faculty professional services where you will provide an integrated and high-quality professional service to staff and students across the University.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will have demonstrable administration experience and be proficient in use of office/internet technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets and email applications. You must have experience in using SITS and/or e:vision, or similar student management system and be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, possessing the ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately.
You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of communicating effectively with staff at various levels in order to achieve results. You will be expected to display experience in dealing with confidential information with discretion and in planning, organising and taking minutes of meetings.
You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to collaboratively work as a team and individually using initiative combined with strong organisational skills and be comfortable with working to deadlines and under pressure, while maintaining the University of Wolverhampton's commitment to excellent customer service.
You will be required to be flexible in your working hours to meet the demands of the business andf may be required to travel to other campuses/sites.
