Faculty Governance Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Faculty as Faculty Governance Co-ordinator. Working closely with the Deans Advisory Group, you will support the Faculty with its internal and external governance requirements, including meeting legislative requirements such as Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Supporting the development of the governance infrastructure within the Faculty to aid communication and decision making will form part of the early part of the role.
The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing seeks to appoint an enthusiastic individual with extensive office and administrative experience. The post is new within the faculty and you will be required to manage the Faculty PAs and co-ordinate day to day administrative support of the Dean of Faculty and Senior Management Team as well as facilitate and support the Faculty in adhering to University governance processes and timelines.
You will have significant experience of committee servicing, minute-taking and event co-ordination as well as experience of working within a regulatory framework.
Experience of managing staff including recruitment, performance management and appraisal is necessary as you will be leading a small team of administrative staff.
