Visiting lecturers will be committed to higher education excellence and normally be qualified to at least master's level, or equivalent. Practising or former practitioners or managers interested should, additionally, have experience of work-based training and/or experience of teaching and/or a teaching/training qualification. Current or former lecturers should have experience of teaching and a teaching qualification. Visiting Lecturers need to be student focussed and be willing to support a diverse group of students.

A willingness and ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, and to work off site including overseas, would be advantageous.
