Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, you will have demonstrable administration experience (preferably within a HE environment) and be proficient in use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet.  A degree or equivalent relevant experience will be desirable, alongside a customer service or business administration qualification.  You must be able to demonstrate an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy and have experience in using SITS and e:vision, or a similar student management system.

You will be expected to display a high level of experience dealing with confidential information with discretion and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in planning, organising and taking minutes of meetings together with experience of communicating effectively with staff, students and external stakeholders/partners is essential.  You will need to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of quality assurance processes and awareness of national trends.
