As part of the Offices of the Vice-Chancellor, the Strategic Planning Office provides a range of professional services to support the University. We are responsible for providing  analytical and practical support underpinned by data analysis to OVC and across the University to ensure delivery of our strategic aims. Managing the assurance processes for, and analysis of, all Statutory Returns is also a key function of the Office. 

 

We are looking for a new part-time (0.6FTE) Planning Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Deputy Head of area you will provide support to a team of Officers and the SPO leadership team, taking responsibility for the day to day analysis of enquiries coming into the office. 

 

With the ability to analyse and interpret data and excellent IT skills ideally you will have a background in analysing large and complex data sets and knowledge of Management Information tools and techniques.

 

This is a fixed-term post until the end of July 2020.
