Lecturer in International Finance
The Faculty of Social Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in International Finance. We are looking for an individual to contribute to the provision of high quality teaching within the Faculty, maintenance of high academic standards and excellent standards of customer care, development of the Faculty’s portfolio of courses and generation of external income for the Faculty. Suitable applicants should either have a PhD in finance or equivalent will be nearing completion of a PhD in finance and either have a good record of teaching in the HE sector or the potential to contribute to the school's developing programme of finance related courses. You will be able to teach and research in the broad subject area of International Finance, with the ability to contribute to teaching in related areas such as Banking, Corporate and Behavioural Finance, Risk and Portfolio Theory, and Empirical Finance being particularly advantageous. Membership and experience of working with a relevant professional body will be advantageous.
