The post will require you to take responsibility for overseeing the development and management of the University’s UK partnerships in accordance with the recently developed UK partnerships strategy.  You will also be expected to support the management of the day-to-day operations, provide expert guidance to University faculties and partner institutions on policy, procedures and good practice, with a view to embed enhancements in the management of UK Partnerships and the overall UK Partnership student experience.

You will be innovative and have excellent networking, interpersonal and presentational skills and be able to work collaboratively with academic colleagues across the institution as well as with external clients, especially those in the FE sector, alternative education providers and training providers. Excellent negotiation skills and strong cultural awareness are essential.

You will be a key member of the leadership team in the Directorate of Recruitment and Partnerships, which also includes UK Recruitment, International Recruitment, TNE, Access and Outreach, Lifelong Learning and the Apprenticeship Hub. There will be ample opportunity to collaborate with and learn from colleagues in all of those departments. Based in Wolverhampton, you will travel throughout the West Midlands and wider UK.
