Temporary, fixed term post until 31st December 2021

The University of Wolverhampton has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to deliver a ‘Composites & Additive Layer Materials Engineering Research and Innovation Centre’ (CALMERIC), alongside our School of Engineering on the Telford Innovation Campus.   The CALMERIC project supports SMEs based within the Shropshire and Staffordshire counties to carry out research and innovation projects in the field of advanced engineering materials, in collaboration with specialist staff and resources in the Centre.

The Funded Projects Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the CALMERIC Project, under the direction of the Project Manager and in compliance with Funder requirements, in particular ensuring that the SME beneficiaries follow the rules of the scheme.  You may also be required to contribute administration support to other commercial projects being delivered by the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

We are looking for a highly capable project administrator with experience of ERDF funded projects. You will be highly organized and a capable user of office systems in the University environment (eg databases and Agresso) and will show great accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be enthusiastic and be confident of your ability to work under pressure and complete work to deadlines.

Interviews for this post are scheduled to be held at our Telford Campus on Wednesday 1st May.  Shortlisted candidates to be invited for interview will be notified by Thursday 18th April.
