Service Desk Analyst
We have a vacancy for two Service Desk Analysts to join our busy IT Service Desk team.
The Service Desk is a team of eight people providing first line IT support by telephone and email to the University community. The team currently resolve around 72% of the calls they receive, ensuring that the remainder are routed appropriately to other teams within the Directorate or the wider University. We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about delivering great service
- Has a good understanding of IT across the University
- Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys learning new things
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is capable of working to processes and procedures
