Familiarity with timetabling or a similar process will also be advantageous.
You will be expected to display a high level of experience dealing with confidential information with discretion and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in planning, organising and delivering presentations and training together with experience of communicating effectively with staff, students and external customers is essential. You will need to demonstrate experience of managing and appraising staff, in addition to proven capability to identify problems and offer solutions to enhance good practice.
You will be required to demonstrate the ability to collaboratively work as a team and individually using initiative together with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure while maintaining the University of Wolverhampton’s commitment to excellent customer service and you will be required to be flexible in your working hours to meet the demands of the business.
