We are seeking to appoint an individual to deliver excellent support and guidance to apprentices, employers and staff in the Faculty enhancing retention, progression and achievement.  Contribute towards initiatives to enhance the apprentice experience, ensure apprentice records and data integrity are accurately maintained and provide an excellent level of customer service. 


You need to have good office and administrative experience, be proficient in use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet with a good standard of literacy and numeracy. 


Knowledge of SITS or similar student records system and sound knowledge and understanding of academic regulations and procedures are also essential.  The ability to deal with requests for non- standard information and to tailor advice as appropriate to support the student and ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately are essential. You should have excellent interpersonal skills including listening and empathy and good organisational capabilities and the experience of work involving the management of multi tasks to deadlines.   You will be enthusiastic and able to work independently and also as part of a team. Experience of event co-ordination and delivery, an understanding of current issues and debates in higher education in relation to the student experience and experience of Apprenticeships is also desirable.
