The Directorate of Student and Academic Services overarching aim is to deliver excellent academic support in collaboration with the University community and University partners. It has over 200 staff covering a variety of customer facing, professional, technical and academic roles. 


We are offering a great opportunity to join a highly regarded academic skills team within an innovative and user-focused Directorate. You will provide a range of skills development opportunities for students, researchers and academic staff, through tailored, embedded in-curriculum teaching and online learning, together with a programme of workshops and a wide range of online resources. You will bring a highly proactive approach to forming excellent working relationships with our stakeholders and be able to evidence strong negotiating skills.


We are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with experience in the following areas; developing skills support for Post Graduates, students and researchers, or experience in developing activities to support our outreach activities with schools and colleges.

If successful you will be based in Wolverhampton, work a 37 hour week and prepared to travel to our other campuses.
