Senior Events Coordinator
Following a re-structure, Facilities & Support Services are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual in to the role of Senior Events Coordinator. You will deliver visible leadership to staff and support the development, operation and management of the provision, maximizing efficiency and fostering a strong and supportive culture of excellent customer service.
You will lead and promote the one stop shop ethos in the Facilities Information Hubs in respect of event coordination, ensuring the highest consistent service standard is delivered and maintained.
This role is key to providing an excellent customer interface between clients and Facilities & Support Services to assist in the successful delivery of their event. You will collate all requirements and provide the Hub Support teams and the wider teams with customised information and instruction.
This post will be responsible for leading, supporting and managing the event coordination directly at City and will provide professional guidance, support, review of the provision and training to the other Hubs. In order to provide resilience to the service you will be required to work across all campus locations as necessary to support the business requirement.
