Due to the growth in the area of Social Care, we are seeking to recruit up to 5 new posts to join the vibrant, diverse and successful Social Care department at the University of Wolverhampton. We are looking for dynamic and charismatic, student focused teaching staff to compliment teaching in a range of modules. We are interested in recruiting individuals with knowledge about policy and practice in a range of areas from within the statutory, voluntary and private sectors. We are particularly keen to recruit applicants with a background in or knowledge of social policy and/ or lifespan and current practice with older people, young people, substance misuse, commissioning and the voluntary sector.  

 

You will be qualified to Master’s level or equivalent (or be willing to complete) in a related discipline and have teaching experience in Higher Education or equivalent. We would ideally like a candidate that is a Fellow of the HEA. You will have ideally have some industry experience in the area of Social Care.
