Faculty HEIF Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an individual to provide administrative support for the day to day administration of HEIF funded projects within the Faculty and main point of contact for the Challenge Academy. You would provide support and advice to staff on project/income generation processes and contribute to the administration of the Faculty’s external income generation activity with relevance to all HEIF funded projects.
You must offer an excellent level of customer service, be educated to an A level standard or equivalent and have appropriate IT qualifications. Experience in general administration and proficient in office technology such as word processing, presentation software, databases, spreadsheets and have a standard level of literacy and numeracy is essential.
An experience of taking minutes is essential together with experience of effectively handling a range of enquiries by telephone and writing clear and precise reports.
A proactive and professional approach is required together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good organisational capabilities being essential. Awareness of funding bodies and project funding requirements would be desirable and experience working in HE would be advantageous.
