The Department of Computer Science manages a broad portfolio of Computing courses and modules covering Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing & Data Science. In addition to this, the department also offers its courses transnationally and these are delivered from a variety of locations around the world.We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative candidate to join us as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science (dual English & Mandarin Speaking).
You will join an enthusiastic team committed to delivering teaching, research and academic enterprise, which contributes to the School, Faculty and University’s strategic ambitions. A commitment to high quality teaching and learning is essential and candidates should share the University’s core values of creating a learning environment that is inclusive, challenging and promotes collaboration, professionalism and confidence. You will support a range of activities within the department including supporting our courses and provision offered to the Chinese market. You must hold a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related subject and must be a fluent speaker of Mandarin & English.
