UKVI Compliance Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Registry Services Directorate to join our Student Visa Compliance and Advice team because of the growth we have experienced in international student numbers in recent years.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on a vital role in ensuring the University’s compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations. As part of our commitment to supporting international students, you’ll lead on the operation of key processes (including enrolment, attendance, placement and on-programme monitoring) to ensure there is broad understanding and compliance.

This is a key position in safeguarding the University’s status as a licensed Student visa sponsor—essential to our ability to welcome students from around the world to the University of Wolverhampton. We seek to employ an individual with an understanding of UKVI sponsor duties and HE student sponsor policy and regulation.

For further information or an informal discussion please contact Harj Dhanda, Head of Student Visa Compliance and Advice on h.dhanda@wlv.ac.uk
