You will personally lead on strategic, high-risk projects, including acting as temporary Project Manager for strategic, high-risk projects as required, mentoring others in the team to share knowledge and experience.

We are looking for someone with a high level of emotional intelligence who has the ability to develop strong working relationships with staff at all levels across the University to ensure quality service delivery, demonstrating political awareness, diplomacy and tact. You will need proven experience of managing and motivating a team; outstanding leadership skills; a proven track record of managing or supporting R&E projects; a proven ability to develop and implement successful and efficient policies and procedures alongside enthusiasm and evidence of a proactive approach to continuous service improvement.
