International Conversion Assistant
About This Role:
The University of Wolverhampton has recently launched a new International Strategy aimed at growing our international student recruitment and developing more global education partnerships. As part of this exciting journey, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Conversion Assistant to join our International Conversion Team within the Global Opportunities Office.
In this key support role, you will contribute to the university’s international recruitment success by delivering a range of conversion activities that guide prospective students through every stage of their decision-making journey—from initial enquiry to enrolment. You’ll engage with prospective international students across various channels, providing timely information, encouragement, and support to help increase conversion rates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of targeted international conversion campaigns and activities.
- Providing logistical and administrative support for events, communications, and interactions with prospective students.
- Engaging with applicants through personalised, ad-hoc communications that positively influence their decision to study at the University of Wolverhampton.
- Working closely with key internal stakeholders to meet agreed interaction and conversion targets.
