Cleaning Supervisor - Part Time 25 hours per week
We are looking for a cleaning supervisor to supervise a team of cleaning staff, across our campuses and student accommodation to deliver a high-quality cleaning service.
Cleaning supervisor role and responsibilities
- Ensure that an efficient cleaning service is delivered, and high quality standards are maintained
- Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
- Train and develop staff
- Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
- Maintain and record necessary records
Cleaning Supervisor to succeed in this role you will need:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
- Strong people skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of work
- Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Good general level of education
Previous management or supervisory experience is essential particularly in cleaning setting but more important is the ability to work under your own initiative and lead and motivate a team. In addition to ensuring high quality cleaning standards are met you will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, staff training and development.
This post will be for 25 hours 2pm-7pm Monday-Friday.
