As a Compliance Administrator will join a newly formed customer focussed compliance management team. The new team has a remit to drive the University’s health, safety, environment and operational risk agenda through effective engagement, promotion of best practice and monitoring processes to achieve a safe, sustainable and compliant Campus.

 

Compliance Administrator Overview

You will be responsible for providing support to the team ensuring that Estates and Facilities comply with all Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, official guidance standards and best practice.  Working in collaboration with colleagues in the Directorate you will contribute to ensuring a robust performance management system is implemented by providing the necessary administrative support.

 

Compliance Administrator Requirements

 

  • Significant organisational and administrative experience dealing with high volumes of complex documents 
  • Experience of managing and planning your own workload with limited supervision
  • Experience of preparing reports and presentations
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, (e.g. Word, Excel, MS Project).
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels within and outside a complex organisation  
  • Ability to work to deadlines, and progress chasing
