Registry Administration Officer
Part-time 29.6 hour per week, covering a period of maternity leave until 28th February 2022
The University of Wolverhampton’s Academic Registry is responsible for coordinating a range of services to students, applicants and staff from admission through to graduation. Registry is seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to coordinate core administrative and compliance functions within the department and to provide proactive administrative support for the Academic Registrar and senior team. You will support internal communications across a large, multi-functional department, coordinate relevant web pages, and support staff meetings and events. You will oversee the day-to-day administration of Registry‘s budget and financial processing, and provide the operational lead for Health and Safety within Registry.
You will be a good team player, with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills. You must have administrative experience, ideally including experience of financial processing and/or health and safety. You will be required to work proactively within established procedures and with minimal supervision.
