We are seeking a confident, organised individual, with experience within the student recruitment sector for the role of Recruitment Coordinator (Faculty of Science and Engineering).


This role is in our newly formed Directorate of UK Recruitment and Partnerships. The department brings together staff from across the institution into a professional recruitment service, managing the full prospective student journey to enrolment. We have recently developed a new UK recruitment strategy, including development of applicant personas and new target markets.


You will be responsible for the delivery of key projects and activities of the recruitment operational action plan, feeding into our overarching University UK recruitment strategy but taking a lead on delivery at a faculty and course level. You will also be the lead contact for the Faculty of Science and Engineering for recruitment across the prospect journey, managing the Recruitment Assistants and liaising with the Conversion team to deliver key activities for the faculty.


In a fast-paced, every changing sector, it is anticipated you will have a proactive and innovative approach to recruitment delivery at the University.


This post will involve significant travel to events and schools/colleges within the West Midlands and throughout the UK. You will need to be flexible to work evenings and weekends where required.
