Senior Lecturer in Primary Education - Mentoring and Partnerships
There is the opportunity to join the Department of Primary Education in the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing as a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education and Partnerships. You will teach across initial teacher training courses.

The Institute of Education is seeking to appoint a senior lecturer with subject knowledge and experience of teaching in Primary Education. You should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS UK) and will have had successful primary school teaching experience across the primary age phase (3-11) and experience of mentoring and coaching.
You will possess a good Honours Degree (UK, or IK equivalence) or equivalent experience, a Masters’ qualification or equivalent experience or be keen to work towards a postgraduate qualification. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills to build and strengthen relationships between the placement provider and education provider and demonstrate that you are an excellent communicator and have an exemplary track record within teaching.
