Student Support and Wellbeing Adminstrator
Student Support and Wellbeing is seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the University Student Support and Wellbeing Department.
You will be able to demonstrate a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational capabilities, including the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy whilst working under pressure and in a confidential environment.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the Services provided by Student Support and Wellbeing while providing a high level of customer service.
You will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and demonstrate evidence of good office and administrative experience, you will be proficient in the use of office technology including word processing, presentation software, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet. Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a prerequisite of the post.
Knowledge of CORE and SITS or similar student records system is desirable. Experience of working within stipulated regulations and procedures is essential as is experience of working with internal and external stakeholders from a range of cultural backgrounds.
