Aspire to HE is part of the Office for Students (OfS) funded National Collaborative Outreach Programme NCOP and is integral to the University of Wolverhampton's strategy for delivering Access and Outreach activities into schools and colleges. The aim of the programme is to inform and motivate targeted students about the opportunities that are available and to support them to make informed, ambitious decisions about higher education and their future.

Aspire to HE provides a range of progressive and sustained programmes for students via a range of exciting events and activities at school/college and in higher education environments that convey a real sense of what studying in higher education is like and its many benefits. 


Aspire to HE is delivering 72 campus visits in 19/20, and a range of in school sessions. As the Progression Officer, you will be core to the delivery of these days, delivering engaging and inspirational sessions to groups of 20 to 30 students. You will work as part of the team to develop content, and then continue to refine material as it is delivered to ensure continual improvement. With the expansion of our Outreach Hub, you will be looking to take impactful sessions out to our selected regional schools. This will see you working with our team of Partnership Officers to promote sessions, and then provide high levels of customer service in the organising and delivering of days. These sessions could range from one to one IAG support to help students explore their post 16 options, to presentations on student finance to groups of 20/30 students.
