Skills Support Technician
We are currently seeking a Skills Support Technician to work within the Health Skills team. You will be educated to minimum of degree level or equivalent and have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload. You will work collaboratively with people at all levels within the Faculty and the University, working on your own initiative. Practical experience of working in a health environment, or similar support role, is essential.
You are required to work flexibly to cover practical skills and technical support across all Faculty laboratory facilities across the four Campuses. This will also include some weekend and evening work including support for Open Days.
Involvement in moderate moving and handling activities are an essential requirement of this post. You will be expected to undertake first aid and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training and assume a first aid role within the Faculty.
