Employer Account Manager
The Apprenticeship Hub is seeking to recruit to the positions of Employer Account Manager (2 vacancies) on a permanent basis.
The Apprenticeship Hub sits in the Directorate of Recruitment and Partnerships and we are entering an exciting time in our apprenticeship journey where we are seeing substantial growth and development across all our curriculum areas.
We are seeking candidates who have experience of apprenticeship delivery and who can carry out and support the daily operations of the Apprenticeship Hub.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working with employers at all levels of the organisation and will understand the Apprenticeship journey. You will be required to carry out account management functions that will lead to further apprenticeships and high satisfaction ratings from the employers we are working with. As such, you will possess excellent skills in IT, relationship management and communications for this role. You should be able to prioritise workload in order to achieve targets whilst working on different projects.
As an enthusiastic individual, you will be required to support the development and delivery of our Business Development Functions and help us achieve our strategic goals for apprenticeships. Please see the attached job description for further details.
