Part-time post 28 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint an individual to provide professional programme administration and support for courses, nationally and collaboratively, and to offer effective liaison with partners and other stakeholders, including regional offices and agents.
You will have demonstrable administration experience and be proficient in use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet with an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy. You will also have knowledge of SITS or a similar student records system.
You will have excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate media and experience of dealing with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds.
You will have understanding and respect for cultural diversity, experience of working within stipulated regulations and procedures, and experience of using video conferencing technologies e.g. Skype, WebEx.
You will be able to demonstrate a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational capabilities, the ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy working under pressure, be enthusiastic, able to work independently under own initiative. You will have a demonstrable commitment to working collaboratively in a team, a commitment to equality and diversity, a commitment to quality, an understanding of data protection and freedom of information legislation and a commitment to excellent customer service
