The Faculty Administration Team provides an integrated and high-quality suite of professional service advising, guiding and supporting the strategic priorities of the Faculty and the academic mission of the University. An exciting opportunity has arisen to enhance our student experience by providing high quality, professional expertise in the production of accurate records and maintaining excellent data integrity.

In this role you would:

  • Ensure maintenance of student records in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with records management policies.
  • Support the work of Assessment Boards, including, but not exclusively, data preparation, results/outcome input, advice to Chair and proactive resolution of issues.
  • Provide accurate information with regards to institutional and regulatory policies.
  • Deliver high quality professional and proactive expertise against standards and targets driven by University and Faculty operational and strategic plans.

You will have proven experience of working with SITS or a similar student records system and a sound knowledge and understanding of academic regulations and procedures is essential. The ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working under pressure is vital within this role alongside excellent organisational skills and the experience of the management of multitasking deadlines.

Experience of supporting key student facing activities, such as graduation, welcome week and enrolment are advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided. You will have demonstrable commitment to equality and diversity, an understanding of data protection and freedom of information legislation.

You will be required to be flexible in their working hours to meet the demands of business.

Interviews will take place on Monday 18th February 2019.
