Apprenticeship Operations Manager
This is a fixed term post until 31/12/19
The Apprenticeship Hub is seeking to recruit an individual for the position of Apprenticeship Operations Manager on a Fixed Term contract for a period of 12 months in order to cover maternity leave.
The Apprenticeship Hub sits in the Directorate of Recruitment and Partnerships and we are entering an exciting time in our apprenticeship journey where we are seeing substantial growth and development across all our curriculum areas.
We are seeking a candidate who is fully versed on apprenticeship delivery and who can carry out the daily operations of the Apprenticeship Hub. To be successful in this role, you will have good working knowledge of Apprenticeship funding rules, relevant systems and have the ability to work within apprenticeship standards. You will be required to possess excellent skills in IT, people management and communications for this role. You should be able to prioritise workload in order to achieve targets whilst working on simultaneous projects.
As an enthusiastic individual, you will be required to support the development and delivery of our Business Development Functions and help us achieve our strategic goals for apprenticeships. Please see the attached recruitment pack for further details.
