Student Services Administrator
This post is fixed term for two years
Faculty administration provides a high quality professional service to students, staff and customers across the University. An exciting opportunity has arisen to enhance our student experience by establishing customer service teams within Faculties who meet the University strategic objective of putting students first.
In this role you would:
- Support the enhancement of the student experience through the provision of excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all students;
- Provide appropriate advice, guidance and signposting to additional support where necessary;
- Provide excellent data integrity and quality of work.
You will have proven experience of working in a front facing customer service role. You will have a good standard of education, office and administration experience. Be proficient in the use of office technology and have knowledge and experience of using SITS or similar student management systems.
You will have demonstrable commitment to equality and diversity, an understanding of data protection and freedom of information legislation.
You will be required to be flexible in your working hours to meet the demands of business.
