Faculty Quality Placement Administrator
The Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing is a dynamic learning community committed to enhancing the quality of education, health and wellbeing for people locally, nationally and internationally. We offer courses in Education Studies, Community Health, Health Studies, Midwifery, Nursing, Paramedic Science, Psychology Public Health, Social Care, Social Work, Sport & Physical Activity, Teaching.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent qualification, you will have demonstrable administrative experience and be proficient in the use of numerous office technology packages including word processing, data bases, spreadsheets, email and the internet. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to internal and external bodies at a range of levels displaying professionalism at all times.
You will be proficient in knowledge in respect of a student records system and be able to maintain such a system with accurate information relating to our students, demonstrating an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy. Furthermore this post will require you to work to stipulated regulations and compliance procedures whilst managing a busy workload of faculty requirements. You will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the DBS and PSRB regulations applicable to the faculty as well as knowledge and understanding of QAA requirements and awareness of national trends in quality assurance.
You must be confident in your ability to present a range of information to audiences along with demonstrating excellent customer service provision to our external clients and students.
You will have proven experience of first class organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills, be confident and motivated working on your own and equally demonstrate commitment to work collaboratively as a team, along with confidentiality and a robust knowledge of data protection will be essential in the successful management of placement activity.
