HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with a proven track record in running operational HR activity / shared services function to join our team on our journey of improvement.
This role is pivotal to the development and future success of the Human Resources team as we aim to provide a modern, fit for purpose service; promoting a quality performance culture throughout the University.
A CIPD qualified HR professional with a strong customer service ethos, you will have a clear understanding of service delivery and using metrics to manage performance so as to ensure a high-quality offer across all of the activities the team undertakes, including recruitment.
Tenacious and resilient, you will also be results oriented and able to make a tangible impact in a short space of time.
