We seek an enthusiastic colleague with expertise of working, teaching and researching in Human Resources and Leadership to work with a range of students across our programme portfolio. You will be expected to teach on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will be expected to have expertise in the following areas: Leading and Managing People, Human Resource Development, Developing Skills for Business Leaders, Research methods for Business. Interest/experience in topics such as International HRM, strategic Leadership, and the requirement of the CIPD professional standards would be advantageous. You will be expected to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects and dissertations in their area of expertise.
You will join the supportive and collegiate Department of Human Resources and Leadership.. The department provides a range of modules which contribute towards the Business School’s recently revalidated suite of courses in the business and management field. In addition to teaching on accredited courses, staff in the department develop and nurture links with commercial organisations through the provision of short courses, delivery of executive seminars and applied research"
