Receptionist / Secretary
This post is part time and temporary until 31 July 2019
The Hereford Business Solutions Centre requires an experienced receptionist to cover reception and admin activities.
As a receptionist, you will ensure that the highest standards of cordiality are demonstrated at all times on the front desk in the Business Solutions Centre. Your key responsibilities will include meeting and greeting visitors; ensuring the centre is presentable; answering the telephone in a timely manner; providing administration support; and preparing rooms for events.
You must have a flexible approach to work as client demands sometime fall outside of normal working hours, be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have proven skills of dealing with people at all levels of business. You must also be IT literate, possess excellent organisation skills and brilliant communication skills – both written and verbal.
As the role involves providing front of house service to Hereford Business Solutions Centre clients and visitors, you should be cheerful, enthusiastic and confident.
HOURS: 25 hours a week (Variable shifts: 08.00 – 13.00/12.30 – 5.30 Monday to Friday)
