Human Resources Information Analyst
The HR department at the University of Wolverhampton provides timely and professional HR support to the University, its managers and staff.
In this newly created role you will be part of a small team which provides HR and Recruitment systems management and reporting support across the University.
The team's primary focus is to the provision of effective system maintenance and support for all HR Systems (Agresso HR, eRecruiter, Service Now). The team support the University of Wolverhampton workforce planning process by providing regular reports.
A significant part of this role will be to design and develop a standard set of HR reports, leveraging the reporting functionality across the HR systems. This will include you developing dashboards in Agresso, Excel and other data visualisation tools (e.g.Tableau) for distribution to key stakeholders.
You will lead on the completion of the annual cycle of activities in readiness for the HESA staff return. The role will involve working in partnership with various internal (Finance, Registry and IT) and external stakeholders.
Educated to ‘degree’ level standard or equivalent or possessing relevant system and reporting experience, you must have previous experience of using corporate HR systems within a large, complex organisation. Experience of extracting, manipulating and analysing data in a variety of applications (Excel, Access, HR & Payroll systems and eRecruitment system) is essential. You will have strong presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal. CIPD qualification or studying towards this is desirable.
