Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing
Wolverhampton Business School is a Business School of opportunity. We are looking for inspiring practitioners and academics to contribute to the growth of our portfolio. You should be committed to excellence in teaching and to advanced scholarship, and able to bring innovation and energy to what we do. We’d love you to join us as a full-time member of the team, but you may be a practitioner wanting to balance other commitments with an academic role. We’ll support you – and require you – to build your academic credentials, and teaching expertise and accreditation.
The Department of Marketing, Innovation, Leisure and Enterprise teaches students across a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional qualifications. The Department works with professional bodies and businesses within the local community, regionally and nationally. Colleagues in the department are research active, publishing books and journal articles, and work with local schools and colleges to enhance opportunities for progression to University.
You will have a good first degree or equivalent, and ideally a Masters’ degree in a relevant subject. It’s essential that you have teaching and/or training experience, as well as recent and relevant industry experience. Experience of working in Higher Education is certainly advantageous but not essential. Demonstrable, active engagement with professional and business networks would be desirable.
Applications will be considered for part time and job share opportunities also.
Interview Dates: End of April/Early May 2018
