The Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE) within the University of Wolverhampton seeks to engage with business and offer consultancy and collaboration opportunities that bring benefit to both parties. The University has been successful in securing a new contract for the Innovative Product Support Service (IPSS), which is providing part ERDF funded support to local companies to help them develop new products. To be eligible, companies must qualify as ‘Small or Medium Enterprises’ (SME’s) and be based within the Black Country, the Marches, Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership areas.
The Marketing Administrator (Social Media) for this IPSS project will work to support the Project Manager in promoting the project to eligible SME companies via online channels and contributing to our Marketing & Communications Plan. Your work must be in compliance with the requirements of our contract with the Funder.
We are looking for a highly capable marketing administrator with a talent and enthusiasm for making the most of appropriate social media channels. You will be highly organized and a capable user of office systems in the University environment (eg databases and MS office suite) and will show accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be enthusiastic and be confident of your ability to work under pressure and complete work to deadlines.
