Today we are a university with 22,000 students, graduate employment at 96%* and recognised for world-leading research across all our research areas. The University is leading economic growth and is a significant partner working with the professions and the community to meet the needs of the region. We have an ambitious plan: “Our Vision: Your Opportunity” to generate £250m of investment into developing skills and economic growth.

Recruitment and Partnerships is a new directorate bringing together the existing areas of international and UK based recruitment and partnerships, lifelong learning and schools and colleges liaison, as well as the recently established Apprenticeship Hub.

We are now seeking an exceptional leader to provide strategic direction and develop this new directorate, capitalising on the synergy between these areas and the opportunities afforded by greater collaborative working.
