Campus Operations Customer Services Assistant/Receptionist
This post is part time 25 hours per week
To provide a front of house service, with the creation and maintenance of the appropriate working documents and procedures for the smooth running of the Operations service.
To have a knowledge of the Academic Schools and Service Departments, their scope and functional responsibility together with the student activities.
To undertake routine office/administrative tasks, which may be of a confidential nature, as and when required.
To establish and maintain supporting systems and records as agreed. To co-operate in working flexibly to maintain an administrative and such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be required within the level of the post.
